Project below now complete (see Gallery - 'Lounge')...
Re-decorate Lounge & Dining Room (with exception of radiators). Vaulted ceilings, solid doors, architrave & skirting to be finished in F&B Skimming Stone Eggshell after priming and sealing dark wood with 2 x coats of Zinsser B.I.N, beams to remain as is. Windows & patio doors to be stained to closely match support beams. Patio door wall to be finished in Farrow & Ball Elephants Breath Estate emulsion, all others in F&B Skimming Stone Estate emulsion.

After cracks have been dug out, filled and sanded, the lower panelled ceiling was painted to save time as majority of furniture already in centre of room.
